These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Unochat, a web application operated by Sofuto Solutions LLP. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Unochat gives you access to multiple AI models, image generation tools, web-enabled AI features, projects, chat history, and related productivity features from one interface. Some features require a paid subscription or may be subject to usage limits.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must not share paid access in a way that bypasses plan limits or licensing terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Unochat to:

• Break applicable laws or infringe third-party rights.
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate harmful, abusive, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Probe, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service or its providers.
• Resell or expose Unochat access as a public API without written permission.

4. AI Output

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them in professional, legal, financial, medical, or safety-sensitive contexts.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Plan prices, included usage, and available models may change as provider costs and model availability change.
• Trials are limited to eligible accounts and may be withdrawn in cases of abuse.
• Refunds and cancellation rights are described in the Refund Policy.

6. Usage Limits and Availability

Unochat may apply fair-use limits, rate limits, fallback models, or temporary restrictions to protect reliability and keep the service economically sustainable. Model availability depends on third-party providers and can change without notice.

7. Data and Privacy

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your prompts and conversations are not used by Unochat to train AI models.

8. Intellectual Property

Unochat, its branding, interface, and software are owned by Sofuto Solutions LLP or its licensors. You retain your rights in the content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us and our providers to process it and deliver the service.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or abuse risk, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms Unochat, other users, or third-party providers.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sofuto Solutions LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice when practical. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
